1. Does TPT accept OEM orders?

We encourage our customers to use the TPT brand to receive marketing support from us as well as to utilize the brand's established value. We accept OEM orders as well on the basis of quantity and price.  


2. We need Pre-Shipment Inspection. Can TPT arrange it?

We have our own site inspection system. If you need a third party inspection, we also have good cooperative arrangements with SGS, OMIC, ITS, COTECNA and other product inspection companies.


3. What are your terms of payment?

We only accept no less than a 30% advance payment with the balance to be paid upon presentation of a faxed copy of shipping documents within 10 days after shipment. We have a customer credit evaluation system.

4.What is your normal delivery lead-time?
  
We normally accept 45 days lead-time in the contract. However, upon customers' request, we always make delivery as early as possible. The delivery lead-time is longer in the peak seasons and shorter through the rest of the year.

5. Do you provide samples?

We do. But due to numerous sample requests, we are charging for the product and freight cost.


6. Do you have minimum quantity requirement?

For trial orders, we accept 1X20' FCL.
For repeating orders, we accept 1X40' HQ and the equivalent.
For a specific item, please refer to the product specification for its minimum quantity requirement.

7. What are the requirements on the variety and color combination on each order?

For the convenience of production and shipping arrangements, we only accept a maximum of two specifications in 1X20'FCL, a maximum of four specifications in 1X40'HQ, and for each specification we allow two color combinations.

8. Does TPT supply spare parts?

We welcome quantity orders of the master parts of the bicycles. For our products, we offer sufficient and timely parts supply.

9. Do you supply any gifts or promotion items?

Yes, we do. It normally depends on our marketing strategies, the sizes of the market and the contract. Please discuss the details with our knowledgeable sales managers. For customers opting for the TPT brand, we supply free of charge certain quantities of gifts and promotional materials.

10. Can TPT help me with the shipping arrangement?

Yes, we can. With a sizeable and growing shipping volume every year, TPT has established excellent cooperate relations and procedures with liners such as Maersk, APL, CMA, PIL, MSC and etc, which allows TPT priorities in making the shipping arrangements.

11. Can I visit the factory?

Yes, you are always welcome to visit our factories at your time of convenience, but please make arrangements with one of our sales managers.

12. What is your agency policy?

We grant exclusivity only to the proven-customers (for at least 3 years) in the end market on certain types and designs of TPT brand with quantity and term conditions. Only in very special circumstances we grant general exclusivity.

13. What kind of quality control system you have now?

We have passed the ISO9001:2000 certification,which has been applied in all our internal management.
